We just had two persons from Canadian high commission visited our home and verify the application details. They did interact well with my wife.

Anybody sharing the same experience? And, how soon you got the decision made and PPR?

Hello, did any one that sent to Manila on or after December 9, 2016 get a DM? ( processing starting January 9, 2017 ).

Are applications typically handled in order? I saw a few quick DM statuses from the Manila office, I'm hoping to get one for my wife soon since they won't give her a tourist visa.

I am December 19 applicant, many December applicant from MVO still waiting for ANY updates... No changes from our ECAS and MYCIC...

My partner now has his COPR and we plan to land in August.

I applied on Dec 22 2016 (outland) and my VO is NDVO. Last thing I received from them is AOR2 on Feb 2nd...and since then nothing...Background check hasn't started yet

My status is pretty much the same.

any one in Singapore VO got DM ? Our appl went to Singapore Feb and still stuck in progress. I ordered caips and note that the recommand wav the interview, but nothing moving since March 16. My MP is saying the are doing background check. It's more than 2 months already and still in progress.... wonder what take them so long to do the background check...

Hi! I would like to add my info to the spreadsheet but before that, I used to check the spreadsheet here of December 2016 especially the applications in Manila Office... however it appears like all of a sudden I woke up and there was no one left with Manila Office applications. Did something happen? Or am I reading it incorrectly? By the way my timeline is app received December 28th, got the SA January 11th, got my CSQ on March 3rd and my CIC account says background check in progress but it has been 2 months and nothing changed yet.

I am also December application. My visa office is in singapore. Mycic still showing BC is in process. anyone has any idea how many months its take to be done BC?

sweetbd: you are able to link with MyCIC ? I try to link lots of time with difference method, still could not find application. So I gave up . I ordered caips and the background check stay there since March 16. I called my MP and they can't do anything. I am not sure what I can do other then wait for another caips.

I tried that too, but stil could not find the app. I know they doing background check because I called my MP whom gave CIC a call . From caips I know they recommand waive interview, but it's still stuck in background check.

Received my CPC-M: December 01,2016
AOR 1: December 10,2016 (e-cas is already available)
SA approved: December 16,2016
File transfer to VO-manila: December 16,2016
Upfront medical: November 10, 2016
