For the EE, yes, you can/must only put work experience that you can provide with reference letter. Not sure with OINP though

Now I have to research how should that be for OINP more over I have lot of Stamps on my passport such as H1b etc.
which dates back to old times.

Quite curious as how this can be handled

Hi Guys I am a newbie.

I am already in express entry pool with score 400.


My question 1:
I have 9 years with 2171 code experience in US but I have showed only 4 years in EE profile because it will be difficult to gather documentation from companies I worked for my oldest jobs.

I have got a letter of interest from Ontario.

Should I show only 4 years of experience as I entered in Express entry or entire 9 years since they are asked about my experience from last 10 years.

Please advise

From ALL the Paid Jobs during the last 10 years.

So you should include all your jobs during the last year. If there is some document you can't get, explain it on a LOE.

For EE is fine. Not for OINP.

From the guide:

"In this tab, you must list all of your paid work experience in the last ten years (or since the age of 18 if this was less than ten years ago)."

Yes, see my signature. In my case, I had one job with a reference letter, contract and paystub, but letter without duties. So I explained it and attached emails with that company where they state that can't include that info on the letter.

For an even older job, I only had a reference letter from the time I was working there. When I asked them about a new letter, contract and pay stubs, they told me that they only keep the employee's records for 3 years (Actually here there is a law where states that an employer is only obligated to keep the record for 3 years). So I submitted the law and their emails explaining it.

Hi all,

I am submitting my OINP application. I have shown that I am married and also that my family is not accompanying me. In the family documents in asks to upload personal details page of family passports also. When I proceed it says error incomplete application it is mandatory, shows family passports in red.

Why do I have to upload family passports if they are not accompanying me?
Their passports have expired. Can I used the expired passport copy?

i read in OINP guide that we should request duplicte of ECA to be sent directly from WES to Ontario ? who should be mentioned under "Attention", do i have to add any reference number ? should i request it after i complete my application or prior to it or when OINP request it ?

I will tell you about my case: I submitted my application without any action about my ECA, they wrote and required me to authorize CES (my organization similar to WES) to share my ECA with them, they also told me to give CES OINP file number ( which I got when I started OINP application). Then I requested CES accordingly and then they shared my report with OINP. Hope this will help

Guys can anyone help please?

I received NOI on April 12, 2017. I am submitting my OINP application now. I have shown that I am MARRIED and also that my family is NOT ACCOMPANYING me. Still in the family documents section of application it asks to upload personal details page of passport of dependents also. Is it necessary to upload family passport pages even if they are not accompanying me?
Actually their passports have expired and I did not find this information anywhere prior to filling the form, that one also has to provide passport details of dependents, even if they are not accompanying you. Can I submit using their expired passport page copies now and later on send new passport page copies? I can write a LOE for that. Will the officer accept my application or he will put it in incomplete or reject it? Please help what should I do?
My 14 days deadline has already started and it will take me at least two more weeks to get their new passports.I have applied for their new passports also.

Write to them immediately and ask if you can withdraw oinp application without being charged the fees. Good luck.

As far as I know if you withdraw at submission stage, you will be fully refunded !

Guys, I've recreated my EE profile but I keep getting this error ""We are currently experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later, and if the problem persists, contact the Job Bank Team"" whenever I try to update EE information in my job bank account. Does anyone know how to fix that?
