Hi All - just wanted to ask: My friend landed in Canada as PR in 2016 (her common-law partner was the Principal Applicant). Can she start processing her application to sponsor her son based in the Philippines provided that she's met the income requirement? By the way, ung income ba is Gross Amount or Net Income?

There is no income requirement for sponsoring children just make sure they are included in her PR application when she applied

Hi everyone, I come from Vietnam. I have received an email from Manila request for police certificate, IMM 5406 & 5669, MR( medical report). I have some proplems need to ask:
1. My mother has visitted canada over 6 months, so she need a crime of record in canada, has anybody know what company is good for that?
2. How will I send these doccument, because I read " please return....to the address above, to the attention of the Family class processing section". But in additional information, the mail say that submit documents by email or Visa assistance or CIC account.
So can I send these documents to manila by email or I have to send EMS to the address on the mail:
