Hi everyone! My question is not about spousal application but for tax return. I already filed my tax return for last year but received a mail from CRA stating that i may have to inform them about my spouse's income for me to receive credit. But my husband is not here in canada yet and so no SIN. I was told by the agent that i have to send an explanation letter about my situation. Does anyone of you has the same experience? Any insights? I dont have any proofs left that i sent money to him bec i already sent everything to cic.

I was in the same situation when i filed my taxes and changed my marital status, as my husband is not yet here in Canada, they told me to call back with his income in canadian dollars for the previous tax year (2015) so they can adjust your return/credit accordingly

Yes, kailangan pag married na ilagay ang income ng hubby mo sis convert lang into cad dollars, kahit wala pa siyang SIN. Yung total income niya sa Pinas I think Gross income ang ilalagay..

Just now, my husband receive a request letter to upload his Sched A and police clearance. 6 days after the SA. Police clearance is NBI right?

Hi guys,

Updated na po ang ecas ni misis, application approved.
Na submit niya po yung passport May 2, and then May 5 may visa na siya.
VOH po by May 8, magpapa sched na din po siya for PDOS.
Napakabilis po talaga ng processing nila

after matanggap ung visa wala ng kelangan gawin? kasi ung husband ko nasa sydney for work. baka kelangan pa nya umuwi ng pinas to get his passport or other paperworks just incase mabigyan sya ng visa.
