Have a valid offer, do i still need to register for job bank?

Hey guys, I just created a CEC profile. In my work experience section i mentioned i have a valid job offer. I still got a message to register for Job bank. Super confused. Please help!!!

No need unless your job requires LMIA and you don't have one.

You don't upload any documents when you create EE profile. You do it after you get an ITA and fill out a PR application.

So i got this in my account messages and it says

But i said "yes" to the question that i have a job offer. what should i do?

Check your profile again, and make sure you have said yes to that question.
Since you have job offer, you don't need to create job bank account.

Step 1. Create an EE profile
Step 2. Wait for the draw and get an ITA.
Step 3. After you get an ITA, log in into your cic account, system will generated a PR application in your account.
Step 4. Fill out all the forms.
Step 5. Gather all the require documents including PCC and Medical
Step 6. Submit all the documents.
Step 7. Wait to hear from CIC if they need any extra documents.
Step 8. Wait for a Passport request, send your passport, wait for your pre-PR documents
Step 9. Do Landing procedure.

My score is 388 right now.. but i haven't got my ECA yet for my education back home. Does that cause an issue? and i did check my profile a lot of times, i said yes to valid job offer and provided my employer's details

No, but when you get your ECA done, enter it's information in your EE profile to claim points for it, you are going to need more points to get an ITA.

I think you should have more score with job offer. I will calculate score for you. Give me below information.

You are working on an open work permit, you DO NOT have a valid job offer nor are you entitled to the points for having a valid job offer.

Register to job bank.

So, if the employer i am working for right now is willing to give me a letter that states they're able to extend my employment even after i get my PR. that does not qualify for a valid job offer?

No.

You can only have a valid job offer with LMIA or with a LMIA exempt work permit which is employer specific (closed work permit).

Like I said, you have an open work permit so you cannot claim those 50 points and you certainly do not have a valid job offer.

You have not got extra 15 points for your Canadian education.

Open your express entry profile - go to education section - click on modify button of your canadian education
There will be a question : Was more than half the study program English or French as a second language courses?
You should answer it NO

And you will get 15 extra points in 24 hours.

The job offer from employer is not enough, you also need LMIA if you are on PGWP

Okay i modified it. So should i register to job bank now? Since the gentleman in the above post suggested my job offer is not valid? I am working on open Post graduate work permit.
