Should I send my transcripts and diplomas again, and same goes for the certificates form my university, or they have them from my previous evaluation?
@viegasdaj Am surprised then that I am being asked to submit new documents to upgrade from ECA to Course by Course.
Did your Status show "Waiting for required documents" at any point during your upgrade application? that is what is on my status for the past 2 days that i have paid.
Worst of all efforts to contact WES for clarification has been unsuccessful as they have not responded to my inquiry as ever.

I am also gonna apply for WES Upgrade (to Course-By-Course Type ECA) but unaware as to whether my earlier ECA Doc-By-Doc was a basic one or ICAP one.
In ICAP type application, they store our transcripts and one need not send them again for upgrade etc.
Can some also suggest whther Can we use Course-By-Course type ECA report for CIC/Immigration purpose (other than its main academic purpose)?

I got my ECA REPORT from WES stating Canadian Equivalency Summary as Bachelors Degree (4 year). However, in the body of the REPORT, the have evaluated my qualifications as follows:
1. BACHELORS DEGREE HONS MATHEMATICS as Bachelor DEGREE (4 Years)
2. PGDBM as Completion of 2nd UG major
I had selected TWO OR MORE DEGREES option in EE profile. Was very worried that OINP won't considerr as TWO bcos of the WES Summary.
But, I have got OINP NOM so that means they consider my qualifications as TWO.
NOw, I have got an ITA and at final stages of document upload. Now am getting the jitters again...what if IRCC/CIC looks only at the WES SUMMAR? My score will drop....
So I mailed WES requesting to update the SUMMARY showing both qualification assessment. They replied that I should UPGRADE MY. REPRT
what option should I choose? I can't wait 3 months...I have already given my Medical,for PCC and POF documents etc ready now....
Can I go ahead and submit, and let WES UPGRADE happen in parallel?

Did you got your upgraded CbyC assignment from WES ? do send new transcript or previously submitted worked ? how much they charge finally?
HI Does you got your ECA report upgraded to CbyC .. what was the process .. coz when i am trying to do it .. it is asking to send documents again ?
I got PPR on 10th November! What's your situation, can you explain and maybe I can guide you based on my experience...
