One more question - In the Indian consulate PCC form they have a field named 'permanent address in India'. Can this address be different than Passport? I had got my passport in Delhi in 2009 where I was staying with my brother and his family and the address in Passport is that address, now neither he or his family nor I live there any more (all settled outside India), so I am going to provide my permanent address as my ancestral village home where my parents live. Can this confuse Visa officers? or will they understand or do I need to explain to them? thanks.
