Hi,
In my pre-ITA profile, I claimed points for relatives residing in Canada.
Due to some reasons, they are no longer in Canada (still citizens). I still have 68 points- but I am worried the immigration officer will not be lenient in my case? I have tried to explain it below, please let me know what you think (what I can add/remove to increase my chances of acceptance). Would love to hear anything - Getting real tense about this

To Whom It may Concern
I am writing this to clarify the below points regarding my immigration application:
(1) Relatives in Canada
When I initially created my CIC account, and entered my personal information to apply under the Express Entry program, I had indicated ‘Yes’ to the following question:
“Does XXXX have a relative who is a citizen or permanent resident of Canada? (The relative must be 18 or older and living in Canada.)”
(1) This answer was based on my Aunt – XXXX (a Canadian citizen).
(2) However, due to a couple of reasons my Aunt has had to prolong her stay outside of Canada
i. My elder cousin (XXXXX) recently got married late November last year (November 2016) and my aunt was involved in the wedding arrangements, which meant that she had to be physically outside of Canada.
ii. Also, my younger cousin is getting married soon (August), and my aunt is now busy with preparations and arrangements for his wedding, which has prolonged her stay outside of Canada.
(3) I did not have any visibility that her temporary stay outside of Canada would be for such a prolonged period (due to these events). While my aunt intends to re-take residence in Canada in the latter part of 2017 and my cousins have been traveling back and forth - In my final application for immigration (post-ITA documents), I am excluding my claim on this question, since I do not have full control or visibility about the timing of her residence plans.
(4) However, as I show next, this does not affect my eligibility for the Express Entry Program or my CRS rank (as I indicate below)
