hi, my query is about bank statement:

I have DBS account. When I asked for a statement in the format required for Canada PR - the bank says they can give it in a standard format and advised me to shoot a mail to Canada immigration explaining the situation. any inputs from people who already managed to get the statement from DBS.

I have another query regarding the experience letter from my first company. Its the same problem as with the bank statement. They have a standard format and they are not willing to customize it for me. Any inputs on this.

I got mine at Joo Ann Foh at Holland Village Shopping Centre. I actually missed the bit about needing the studio's stamp on the back of one of the photos when I read the instructions. But when I went back to pick it up after running some errands while waiting (15 mins), they'd stamped it without my asking and explained to me that it was required! They also knew the size (much bigger than usual pp photos) and composition of the photos.
