Hi Anu123,
Greetings,

Looking at the details you have provided, i believe that you will easily get your study visa with no issues at all. You should only provide some good explanation in your SOP while filling the study visa file.
If any further question is there, feel free to mail me on helpseeker@yahoo.com

All the best for your visa.

I have read that if I get accepted in my CAQ, they would send an acceptance letter to the nearest embassy to my location which I choose already in my submitted application.

However, I might have emergency circumstances that may lead me to move to another country. How Am I going to change the location where they would send the letter to the nearest embassy? Is it enough to apply to my Student Visa using their online acceptance while I move to another country ?

Please inform me with the information as soon as possible.

Hi,

Thanks for sharing!

I have been looking for 1 year PG Diploma/ Co-Op program in CS/IT in Canada. But I am hearing a lot from many persons that 2 years of education is required for PR.

Can you guide me on the basis of my profile below:

Age 24
B.Tech in IT (4 years degree from India)
1 year and 6 months experience as IT recruiter (offshore US) (will turn to 2+ years till Sep 2017)
Preparing for IELTS and expecting 7.5 score

No relatives, etc in Canada.

Will I get PR with 1 year education? If so which provinces are suitable?

Else I have to look for 2 years MS.

Hello Gang,

Need your expertise. My spouse enrolled in 2 academic year course back in Oct 2015. She completed her theory by Aug 2016. Now, she is in Co-op and as per her college she needs to complete 850 hours as Co-op by Jun 2017. After that, she will receive her diploma from her college and using that certificate she can apply for work permit. Now, the question is she already completed 720 hours and then she got another offer and she just joined couple of days back but now we came to know that after 850 hrs, she can't work until she has applied for open work-permit.
> Does anyone know will it be illegal to continue to work even after 850 hours completion?
> Also, during her co-op she received salary as well. I am the primary applicant and I just mentioned she is in Co-op and didn't show this work experience as it is not counted as an experience. Do i need to mention her salary part in my PR application?

Please advise

Guys question! After you finished your school can you apply for PGWP right away? Or you still need a company to sponsor you? Thanks!

Hello Guys

Need your expertise. I have 12 yrs of software testing experience (including Java and Selenium), however I am getting only 383 points in Express Entry profile (which is quite low to enter). I have done B Tech in Chemical Engg. I am looking for 1 year course in computers or any other field related to manangement. My only aim of this course is it will give me 1 year PGWP and then hopefully I will be able to find work visa from company and then PR route. So could you please suggest some good and cheapest course (within 10 lakh range for all expenses) that will help me settle and find a job in Canada

Thanks in advance
Sumit

Hello guys,

Need some advise on study visa for Canada:
My profile:
B.E. Food Technology in 2008 (66 %)
Work Experience: June-2008 till now (8+ years) All experience in my core field of food processing and quality.
Course selected: Graduate Certificate in Food Safety and Quality Assurance (1 year duration)
IELTS: 6.5 overall (No bands less than 6.5)
Funds: Can show 50 lacs (including FDs)
Visa required: Student visa+spouse visa
Consulted some consultants who said you have 50% chances for Canada due to long gap in education; but you can get in Australia, NewZealand or France easily.
Experts please advise, as I am interested for Canada only

Hi All,
My brother has just completed 12th grade with Arts stream from Punjab Board of Education. Can anyone advise in courses for Canada and colleges for which there are more chances of visa as well.

Thanks

Hi All,

My cousin who lives in India completed a Civil Engineering degree last year and is looking to pursue a post-graduate diploma as an international student here with the ultimate goal of becoming permanent resident.

Given his civil engineering background, he is interested in doing something along the lines of civil/construction management or technology-related diploma (2 or 3 years).

His IELTS score is 6.0 overall, with 6.0 scores in Listening & Reading but two 5.5 scores in Writing & Speaking. I understand the 5.5 scores close some doors for him with respect to programs he can get admission to.

The other issue with his profile is the number of backlog, which at approximately 18 is on the high side and again closes a few more doors.

He is probably late for May 2017 admissions but September 2017 would work well.

Given the above, any advice on which programs he should go after to secure a student visa and get moving? He understands his profile and for that reason is flexible with which college/province he ends up landing in.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
