Hi,
I received my ITA on Jan 25th . my two years of work exp (Canadian ) Completed only on Jan 30th . however, my profile calculated as if i have two years of exp . so, my total points where 472(2yrs) .. will that be an issue here ?. anyhow i believe that , if i consider only one year of work exp , points will 459 and that is above than the lowest score on that days draw (453)

am i safe here ?
2) by any chance if i cannot prove 2 years of work exp ( i have worked on 5 diff companies) . will they consider one year of exp and consider my profile as eligible

please advise

Yes, you are absolutely safe. If you submit your application post 30th Jan'17, which i guess is most likely because it's already Feb, they will consider all of two years of your work experience.

thanks ,
one of the companies which i worked for .. didn't provide me a clear Reference letter . so, if the visa officer is not happy about it .will he/she omit that particular exp ( 8 months) and calculate my remaining work exp which is 16 months and make it through ? because the ITA is for 453 and my 1yr exp will count to CRS 459

Yes, even if the visa officer rejects one of the reference letters, the remaining will still fetch you 459 (as you said) which is higher than 453 for that round of draw, so as i said before you'll still be safe.

points are ONLY calculated from ITA, NOT from the time you send AOR. You have to remember you got ITA based on what you entered on your profile, not what you might have in the future...

however removing that also you will have enough points, so i dont think thats an issue.

However, if they find something unsatisfactory on a particular work experience, they will ask for additional documents, they wont just ignore it... :)

good luck

The bolded part is incorrect:

"When a candidate is issued an ITA, their profile information and their CRS score are automatically recorded in GCMS."
"When an applicant submits an e-APR to CIC, the information in their application is locked, and their CRS score at the time of their application is recorded in GCMS."
"Processing offices must compare the information in the applicant’s profile at the time of the round of invitations to the information in their e-APR to ensure that the applicant meets the requirements of section A11.2. Note that not all discrepancies should result in a refusal."

So if I have job title change , what to do ? Also do I have to mention each job title and role within a company and provide reference letters for it ?

Hello Guys I am in the exact same scenario but my situation is a bit more serious. I got 448 points and made the cut as 447 was the lowest score that was accepted on February 8th 2017 draw, I have 1 year of work experience because I started on 18th January 2016. For my Work History I wrote down that I got my job in 01/2016 and said it is my current job. The points got calculated automatically for me. The thing is I am not sure how the count months (beginning or end of month). Do I need to change the month to 02/2016?

I am not sure if this impacts me because even if I change it to February, I still have 1 full year of experience.

No, you started in Jan and you shall put Jan.
By Feb 8th, it had been more than 12 months so you're absolutely safe.

No, he means points would be calculated both at ITA AND at eAPR...
Either occasion not meeting the requirement (MEC or Minimum CRS) will result in a refusal.
