CRS Canadian Education Points After November 19th Update - 0 HELP.

Hi there,
I am having trouble with the CRS for Canadian Education points after the November 19th Update.
I completed a 3 year program and I had 445 points before updating my education information. After updating,
my points reduced to 413. I don't know what i have done wrong because my points reduced and i am also not getting the additional 30 points for Canadian education. Canadian education shows 0. With the additional 30 points i should be at 475.

Here is what i entered:

Complete/full academic years: 3
Full-time/part-time study : Full Time
Standing at the end of study period : Certificate or Diploma or Degree awarded
Country of study : Canada
Province or territory : Ontario
City/town of study : London
Name of school/institution: Fanshawe College

Level of education :
Was TINA ****** awarded a Canadian degree, diploma or certificate for this period of study? : Yes

Was this degree, diploma or certificate:
• from a public post-secondary school, such as a college, trade/technical school, university or CEGEP (in Quebec)
• from a private post-secondary school that operates under the same rules as public schools
• a diplôme d'études professionnelles (DEP) or an attestation de spécialisation professionnelle (ASP) earned through a qualifying study program of at least 900 hours from a private school in Quebec, or
• a Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree from a Canadian private school that can legally award degrees under provincial law. (The student must have been enrolled in a study program that led to a degree as set out by the province.)

Was more than half the study program English or French as a second language courses? YES

Did TINA ******* study in Canada based on an award that required them to go back to their home country to apply their knowledge and skills? This includes some awards from Global Affairs Canada

You need to do correction as below:
Was more than half the study program English or French as a second language courses? YES (It should be NO)

You lose some points depending on your age.

As nehasoni mentioned you need to change your answer to NO for second question. I will suggest to double check all the fields again (especially work experience and make sure the dates reflect your actual experience) and then TRANSMIT it. If it continues to lower your score then contact technical support or call CIC call center.

KrishnaManohar, no my birthday was in June and points were updated then for age. the points dropped only after updating the Canadian educatin. I have changed the answer to no for the second question but still no change.

After updating your education, did you submit it again?
Were you asked if the information you entered was correct and did you sign and click 'transmit'.
My scores were not updated either. Once I clicked transmit and waited for the next day, my score was updated, but no ITA yet though.

Well you won't get an ITA until you reach the minimum score in a draw, which depending on your score could be in 2 weeks or 2 years. It's not instant.

KrishnaManohar yes i did click submit and signed the confirmation. It updated after a day, though i still lost some points which is rather frustrating. i Got the 30 points for Canadian Education. But now i am at 443 instead of 475.

After I updated the above changes, I waited for 1 day and it didn't get updated my score .

Problem here is : I am not able to get the e -sign and submit the application. How do i do that ?

Actually, there's something wrong with the website after the changes on Nov 19
I can't update my profile to gets points for Canadian education

If we completed our post graduation from canada , than the answer for this question ``Was more than half the study program English or French as a second language courses? YES`` should be YES right?

please correct me if i am wrong
