What is WES result for 3 year polytechnic diploma after 10th from India

I request to those who applied for WES equivalency for 3 years ( or 3.5 years) diploma after doing matriculation from India. What is the result they got?
A high school diploma or
A secondary school diploma or
Secondary school diploma and diploma (two years) or
something else.

my wife who is co-applicant with me has done 3 yrs diploma after 10th class. I got her WES report one month back. Hence, i know

You mean how many points will you get for a 2-year diploma ? 98 if you're single; 91 if you have a spouse.

Does WES recognize the polytechnic diploma from Punjab state board of technical education and industrial training also?
If yes, is it equivalent to Secondary school diploma and diploma (2 years)?

If it is in the WES tool in the website then you can be more assured but if not then all you can do is to apply for WES and hope for the best. Even if you try contacting WES all they will say is to apply for evaluation.

From college or from the technical board in Chandigarh?

Yes , I have same doubt. I have done 3 years diploma after 10th and then Graduation.
So, Can I write it as two or more degree/diplomas or diploma will be considered equivalent to secondary education.
If anyone has already faced the similar situation. Kindly respond.
