My sponsorship case from Jordan is transferred to Bucharest Romania and now I dont know how the processing time will be?

Please give an idea?

Mine did as well, I went to my MP and that's how I found out, the lady at the office said we count from the first approval .. And the processing times are 13months from Romania.
When did you apply ?
I ordered my notes to see when.

Thats exactly how I found out too, from my MP. I sent my application to Mississauga Aug 31, 2016, and my case was sent to Jordan Nov 10, 2015. My MP office told me last week that my case is transferred to Bucharest, Romania. I asked about the processing time and they told my 13 months. September 31, 2016 will be exactly 13 months. What about you? When did you apply?

that's ridiculous. first they put your file in queue for so long and then when you finally get to the front, they transfer without telling you and put you in another queue.

why did they transfer your files? if your spouses are from jordan or syria then it's amman that should be processing them.

i applied Aug 12 2015 , my case was sent to Jordan Oct 9, 2015. Sept 12, 2016- will be for me will be 13 months .. so fingers crossed!!! lets hope they are here soon!!!

The MP told me that there is so much back log in Jordan that they cant handle working on all the applications so they sent a bunch to Romania.

i see. in that case i guess it's better than they transferred your file. they should have done it sooner though.

we are counting from the day we got our SA- thats whats they told me at the MP office, she said count 13 months from the day you got your SA- but on the website it say 13 including the assessment of the sponsor- so really i dont know - but 100% she said we dont count from the day it got transferred. who can we really ask? no one can give us a straight answer.

Can you please tell me what the GCMC is and gow do you order it? My husband lived in another country for a couple of years. Are they gonna do the criminal record check for that country too which is UK? Please help. Any reply will help. Thank u so much all of you.
