My employer from 2005 -2010 [ a significant portion of my work experience applicable to the NOC I am applying under] does not provide a detailed reference letter to ex-employees beyond the following details
1. Starting Date of empl.
2. Ending Date of empl.
3. Job Title
Has anyone else faced this issue? How did you resolve it and get the employer to provide you some sort of official communication that indicates the job duties that match your NOC code?
Please help me .
