Urgent pls: Difference in Name on education certificates and other document

Hey can any one let me know if this is fine or any suggestion you can give:

On all my education document my fathers name is there and rest other documents I dont have my fathers name. will that create any problem in future (in passport i have my fathers name)

please help me to clarify this

Hi,

I would suggest that you submit a 'Name difference affidavit' along with all your documents to be on the safe side. You can do a google search for the format and visit a local court to get it done.

I agree, my spouse has the same issue, but his was because of a misspelled name on his passport (just a single letter)!

Same was the case with me. So i did an affidavit that says that the person on the degree certificate and the passport is one and the same even though the names are slightly different. Hope this helps. Pls +1 if its useful.

I am still yet to submit, but yes, I will include it in my documents to be submitted. I wrote a LOE too to explain it, mentioned the documents that has which names and the ones that has the other names and said its one and the same person, included the sworn affidavit. I think it should be fine.

let me explain in more detail

Document Type Name format

All Education document Guiri Vinod Raj (sir name, my name, fathers name )

All other documents Vinod Guiri (My name, sir name)

so for this I need to get the affidavit done stating that all my name on education certificates and other documents are some..?

I provided a general purpose name affidavit (for WES ECA) and mentioned and attached the same in my EE/PR applications
It states all the name differences (short form, full forms, misspells etc) across all my different certificates
1) Passport
2) ssc
3) inter
4) btech
5) m.tech

and It mentions that all the name belong to me. in The EE application I used "nickname/alias" drop down and attached the affidavit in the provided section.

Don't worry, most importantly don't waste any time in getting the certificates corrected. Affidavit is all you need.

should i submit a CSE ? or wait until they come back as my medicals are due to pass this by this week pls. advice.

I explained it in LOE. In my case it was because of transliteration, so explain your case unless the difference is flagrant
