I would like to ask if I need to send my Secondary school transcript (Lebanese Baccalaureate) to WES, or only my Bachelor degree.

As per the requirement, you only need to get your highest degree evaluated. So in your case, only Bachelors would do.

Bachelor's Degree is sufficient

Make sure to follow WES instructions:

1- Have your university send them directly (in a sealed, stamped and signed envelope) a copy of your official original transcript with the form that you and the university have to fill and sign.

2- Send them a copy of your official degree certificate (I had it signed and stamped by my university just to be on the safe side).
