Si Erwinjohn nurse din kasi, ang tinake niya na course is disability course sa Bow Valley. ANg reson niya bkit yun ang tinatke niya is limited universities ang nag ooffer ng ganun program and base na din sa relative niya na mentally challenge parang ganun and hindi ganun pinaprioritize ang ganung case sa Phils.

Merun dn siya certificate of study leave.

Inquire ko lang sana regarding sa profile kpo sa mycic, since ngpassed ako sa medical nung wed (Aug 13) wala nang update.

Ang nakalagay sa profile ko is

Application/profile status: Open
Final decision has been reached: not started

inquire ko lang ibig sabihin ba nito, hindi pa sila ngstart sa pag evaluate ng application ko? And ibig sabihin b pag nag update sa donotreplycic pero walang nkita changes sa profile, inopen nila application ko? Thanks

Hello! That's normal. Just check from time to time for the updates such as passport request My wife had her medicals done nung july pa and it's been a month alreDy and wala pa din update Hopefully your swill be faster

Thanks maryjoane! RN po ako since 2012 and no experience po sa ospital. At this moment po minamanage ko lng ung family business nmn kaya ngabago ung isip ko na kkuha ng nsg program. Kaya mas pinili ko ung business program kse daw related sia sa gingawa ko ngyon pra na din daw malessen ang pag ka visa denied ko. Hehe. Ung 2 yr pgrm= 3 yr wp or 2 yrs lng din po?

Hi! A two - year post secondary program can give you a 3-year PGWP

Just to share, I visited my school (Humber) yesterday to check out the place and tapos na yung construction na dinatnan ko last year. The staff was nice and very accommodating. I was even able to talk to an immigration consultant and was able to clarify my concerns. I was just surprised when she told me that OWP being processed now are from April applicants pa. I wasn't able to ask more since she was just being nice and accommodated me even if I was already her lunch time. Ang isip ko tuloy is baka sa mga applicants na applied from within Canada kasi, when you check out other threads, you can see applicants getting their visas in a month's time... Sana lumabas na yung sa missis and baby ko. going 9 weeks na sila this week...MAlupit pala ang effect ng homesickness hehe

I am also a nurse but I'm taking business administration diploma. Mahaba nga lng story ko Kasi kumuha PA ako ng upgrading tho di ko naman kelangan, just to have the study visa. Needed ko Kasi kumuha agad ng visa para makapunta agad ng Canada (family reason) I just made a strong SOP, I justified why I needed to take upgrading for my career etc etc. I'm majoring in supply chain. Pm me if you have any questions

when we apply online CIC, we need to pay then all the docs that we scanned attached with our application will be send in VFS and then another payment, so double payment sya>?
salamat po ng many masters

Hi ibong adarna! Yes parang ganun na nga po na pang entry lang talaga muna. Pero nasasayangan din kse ako for 1 yr kung skali kung tutuloy ko talaga sia. May school akong nakita sa vancouver shool of nursing try to search OMNI college po.
Dapat ata may nsg experience ka wthin last 4 yrs un isa sa mga req nila.

Hello! Online application is different from that of VFS in a sense na you can only choose one way to apply. If you used both options in applying, it may result in the delay of your application kasi na-double siya. So the short answer to your question is once you pay online, wala ka na babayadan na iba. You'll only pay a certain amount to VFS once you submit/claim your passport


@scorpio, oo nga ang taga na e... She check her mycic and it says updated on hers and submitted on our son's. But when she viewed her application, wala naman new message and when she went back to the previous page, submitted na ulit ang status ng application niya. I hope that's a sign na nag move forward na ulit yung papers nila

Hello! I got mine in less than 48 hours when I submitted my passport. I did opt for personal pick up instead of via their courier. May I know when was your medical status became PASSED in your timeline?

Thanks, micmic! Just this morning too actually! It was such a headache for them to get my previous medical records to be uploaded/recorded in the system. I actually sent a request for withdrawal already last week, so I could still refund some of my tuition fees, and was extremely surprised to receive the request for passport this afternoon.
