JUST THIS MORNING I RECEIVED A LETTER SAYING THE LETTER OF EMPLOYMENT I SUBMITTED IS FRAUD...
THEY ARE ASKING FOR AN AFFIDAVIT OF EXPLANATION THAT I NEED TO COMPLY 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THE LETTER...
LETTER'S DATE IS MAY 30, 2010... MEANING I ONLY HAVE THIS WEEK TO SUBMIT A LETTER...

WHAT WILL I DO? PLEASE HELP ME HERE...

BY THE WAY, I HAVE BEEN A STAFF NURSE FOR 11MONTHS IN A REPUTABLE HOSPITAL HERE IN THE PHILIPPINES...
TO COMPLETE AND SATISFY THE 1 YEAR REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, I DECLARED THAT I HAVE BEEN A PART TIME
"PRIVATE DUTY NURSE"... I ASKED FOR A CERTIFICATE OF EMPLOYMENT TO MY EMPLOYER...
BUT MY VISA OFFICER WON'T ACCEPT IT AS REAL... EVERYTHING IS AUTHENTIC AND TRUE...

HOW WILL I EXPLAIN THIS?

ARE THERE ANYONE HERE WHO HAS THE SAME EXPERIENCE AS MINE?
DO I STILL DESERVE A SECOND CHANCE AFTER EXPLAINING TO THEM?

I am not an expert but maybe you can explain that both cert of employment is true. Tapos kung ilang oras ka nagduduty sa each job. Like for example, my duty sa isang job is from Mon to Fri 8-5. Then, sa isa pa, sat and Sun for so and so hours.. Para walang overlap. Submit a sworn statement / affidavit from you and from both employers.

Pano naman kaya sila nakapagconclude na fraud yun? tumawag ba sila sa employers mo? it will be helpful if you will check with the 2 employers.

they said wala pa sila narerecive na call, i just don't know sa hospital...
kasi SUnday ngayon, baka close ang office...

do you have any idea po pano yung sworn statement from the employer?
kahit mag absent nalang ako sa class ko...

Go to a lawyer. Tell them what you want to declare in your statement. They will type it in a legal way and notarize it. with your employers, do you have a contract with the hospital? Have it notarized. With the private one naman, beg the employer to go with you sa lawyer so she can have a separate affidavit.

coz my employer is in the states right now... iniiwan lang nila yung patient (their mother who is 90 y/o bedridden) sa pamangkin nila...

Yun lang naiisip kong way. Or baka may iba pang representative yung anak ng patient? Maybe they could do the affidavit thing with you. Yun lang kasi ang strong way to prove the c.o.e. is legit. Do you have pictures with your alaga? Maybe you can also attach it with the letter of explanation. if you have a copy of the coe, have it notarized na din.

If the coe was notarized na before, no need to submit another one. Let's just concentrate on proving your private work. Contact na the employers and get the pictures.

I am thinking na if your employer is in the states right now. Maybe you can, again, beg them to do a sworn affidavit there. Sabihin mo na lang na you will pay for the cost. Tapos iscan nila and isend sayo. sa letter naman sa VO, sabihin mo na scanned copy pa lang yung galing sa employer mo and tell them na the orig letter is still in transit. Iexplain mo na today mo lang natanggap ang letter (june 20) and that gives you a very short time to gather the docs kaya scan lang muna yun copy since pinakamadaling way yung email.

i just don't know sa (IN THE) hospital...
kasi BECAUSE IT'S SUnday ngayon TODAY, baka close ang office MAYBE THE OFFICE IS CLOSE...

do you have any idea po pano yung REGARDING THE sworn statement from the employer?
kahit mag absent nalang ako sa class ko.... EVEN IF I GET ABSENT IN MY CLASS...

If you are having hard time to get in touch with your employer in USA then for the mean time you could ask his/her niece/nephew to come up with a letter and tell VO that documents from your employer who is currently in the USA will be to follow. You gotta start moving and collate all letters and docs that could help you. Don't let the due date pass you by with out anything submitted in front of the officer. Thanks!

date of letter was MAY 31, 2010
received the letter in my postal address JUNE 20,2010

sought for immigrant lawyer's and consultancy agency...
and glad that i was able to meet the deadline...
i passed the affidavit JUNE 28, 2010...

1 week after, still no response from the embassy...
anyone here who has any idea how things will work for me here?

will this take a long waiting again before i hear from them their final decision?
