They can accept DD (They verify your DD) during immigration check when you land to Canada.

Any bank statement should be Ok, I did the same and it was under my spouse name/account, if you have HBL account they can also verify your account online. Hope this helps

Depends on the situation if they accept it is ok but according to the current situation they only prefer DD.

Bank statement is not acceptable (except bank statement of canada or USA )

You need to carry DD and partly cash

What I refer is POF for application submission not Landing as you actually needs money at this stage.

For application purpose, bank statement, FD, saving deposits,etc is valid POF

I got hnl starement to show mt preof of funds. I am applying for PR. The problem is bank statement is on normal papers without number or any thing. Just stamp of hbl ar beginning and ending. Its does not cover following things: account opening date, bank adress and contact, any loan or credit card information. Is it acceptable as bank is refusing to give me any thing else.

I just submitted the bank statement showing last six months transctions only and it was accepted.The bank should mention the dates and its normal process

So there was no number of bank, no letter head ?
As mine also dont have any leeter head , nor telephone, only bank statement with stamp at the end.

Your name , account number , dates and bank stamp should be enough.

But you can request to bank to print the statement on letter head that will be better.
