Family Class Sponsorship Manila - Added a new member due to birth

We are under the "Family Class Sponsorship - sponsoring parents & dependent child". We had our medical & passport request last April 2012. I undergo with the Physical Examination, but not the xray because I was 5 months pregnant by that time. I just finished my medical last Nov. My parents & I have already completed our medicals and was already forwarded to the Canadian embassy. We have also submitted the birth certificate, passport photos & passport of my baby to the embassy. She just had her medical in Timbol clinic last Dec 26, 2012. And we are also in the process of submitting requirements of my daughter to the sponsorship, Case Processing Centre Mississauga (CPCM) We are in the last step of the sponsorship. The question is, adding my daughter to the sponsorship could cause some delay? How long the process will be? I need some help..

For real? Do you have any idea how long will I have to wait for our visas? My child's medical request still not yet forwarded to the embassy.

Any chance will cause at least some delays. I think that's a reasonable and logical assumption.

However I don't think any of us can tell you how long a delay. Hopefully only a couple of months.

Im one of the dependents of my mother in canada. Yesterday,I received a letter about the medical exam. My problem is, I am turning to 6 months pregnancy. What will I do? Do I need to have medical exam? Deadline to comply will be on June or should I wait until my baby is born? Pls enlighten me. Thank you
