ITA : March 21st (French proficiency)
Submitted (with medical exam results already done and all fees paid) : May 5th
AOR : May 6th
Bio request : June 4th
Bio & medical completed : June 5th

Visa office : Paris (I suppose)
Applicant and dependents : 1 (just me)

Not been able to access the tracker either. Will keep you posted on any updates.

I found this website where people post their cases — it could be useful if everyone here added theirs too.

Same tracker doesn’t work for me.
I called IRCC automated call to check status of my application and it said “We are reviewing if you meet the eligibility”.
Before doing my biometrics it said we have sent you a request.
My AOR: 15th May
BIL: June 24th
I asked a friend who lives in Quebec to call the automated phone line (1-888-242-2100) and what she told me was :
"the automated voice said you can either access you status online on your IRCC profile, speak to an agent, or call the automated line" (which is supposed to be this one soooo it's confusing...)

Can you please explain which number you called and what you did to get an update ? Thanks

To create an account and access the Application Status Tracker, you need to:
  • Have applied under a category that is supported by the tracker,
  • (If you are the sponsor or principal applicant) Provide the following information about yourself (must match the information submitted on your application):
  • (If you are a representative or designated individual) Provide your:
    • party ID,
      • more information on party IDs (e.g., how to get your party ID, what to do if you have multiple party IDs, you don’t see your clients’ files, etc.) is available for you on our website.
