Please note, I am submitting empp without job offer.
You can google the various 3rd party companies that offer the service or if you know someone in Canada they can order it for you.
So its not easy and headache. It also takes time maybe 30 days. No need for this action, i am only update from MP in canada.
Very strange that an MP is willing to provide you an update given you are not their constituent.
I applied for the EMPP – Job Offer Stream through an immigration representative on November 29, 2024, and received my application number on December 1st. As of April 23, 2025, I still haven’t received my Biometrics Instruction Letter (BIL). Is this delay normal? Has anyone experienced something similar?
If you are outland you can contact them by webform, search about it but you can’t contact them by call and if you have a representative they will not answer you

aha , lets hope this related for election and it should be finish by today as its finished already , also i believe this related for proccing center , my application sent to Abu Dubi center

You will eventually get a response. Due to very high volume of webforms it takes a while to respond. Please don’t send many webforms while you wait many send frequent webforms thinking they will get a faster reply but
It bogs down the system.
Processing times are long and there can be e long periods of time where you hear nothing.
to keep you updated , IRCC replied on my email but it was useless and the answer was :

They’re being honest your application is being processed. There is no way for them to anticipate when you may get PR.
