Finally tracker got updated. Oath ceremony is scheduled for April 10. Still waiting for the email

Our timelines are similar-- my AOR is Nov 13, LPP completed on Jan 30, with no updates since then-- so hopefully my oath invite will be coming soon!
You’ll receive the update very soon hopefully! Keep an eye on oath updates from people with similar timelines in your city, this is anecdotal but oath scheduling often depends on how busy your local office is. When I called IRCC about my oath a couple weeks ago, they explained that usually the local office schedules the oath, but if they’re busy the oath is scheduled from a different office. In my case, I was in touch with a few people from my city with LPP completed end of Jan and we all received the oath update on the same day. This is anecdotal from my obsessive digging on forums and groups and based on what the agent told me on the phone (may not be true for every file), but it might help give an idea of what to expect!Congratulations!! Thats good to know, I know your application wasn't the fastest (compared to others later), but if no FP or Queries thats a positive sign (wrt. Vancouver assignment), the comparative delay still makes me wonder

Quick question - I know there is secondary office which is usually Sydney, NS.
What is "event office", this is new terminology - is it the local office where you stay? like for test and oath? Doesn't everyone apply to Sydney, NS online? [Usually Secondary]
Are you sure your LPP was done by Vancouver? Your LPP was done quite quickly after BG/Test cleared.
Event office is the office that schedules your ceremony, it is your local office most of the time. Yeah Vancouver is my primary office, IRCC agent confirmed when I called a couple weeks ago. My file went to my local office for oath scheduling, they said that’s what the event office usually is (your local office).
I read that most files go to Vancouver for LPP, I don’t know how true this is but this came up a couple of times on the FB group. I know a few more people with primary VO Vancouver who actually got their oaths before me. My oath took longer because Ottawa office is slow right now with oaths. A few more people with the same timeline as me (from Ottawa) go their oaths on the same day as I did, so I think it’s fair to assume your local office takes over after LPP.
