Impossible to know why it was postponed. Could be as simple as member being sick but maybe you’re being considered for a decision without a hearing. Fairly common not to get a new hearing date right away if yours has been cancelled. Just like everything with IRB you wait and see.

So you mean a decision can be sent to me without hearing or it could take me forever to wait and seeImpossible to know why it was postponed. For me they postponed 10 days before hearing. It was in the morning. In the evening I got news from my lawyer that I Noo need hearing. There was no new date on the postponed email.The GAMBIA

Like me my hearing is postponed last week and I didn't hear anything yet from my lawyer I even call him yesterday but he just said I call them and waiting for their reply, how long do you think it'll take for them to reply my lawyer for a new date or a decision been made on my caseNo new date.
