When I contact RSMP, they said it's sent on Feb 21st. and I did my fingerprint on Feb6th. Here is the RCMP phone number 613-998-6362.
I've received a response from the webform. IRCC said "We verified the information on file and can confirm that your fingerprint) was not received by the responsible office yet." .
So I sent an email to RCMP to confirm if they've received the fingerprints from Vancouver Police Department and when it was sent to IRCC Vancouver Office. If they do not respond it next couple days, I will call them.
Thank you for your reply!

Tracker updated yesterday with last and final status. It's been real folks! This forum has helped me since the days of OINP -> PR -> Citizenship. Like many of you here, it's been a very long journey to get here (administrative wait times is simply a small part of it). Thank you for being part of it and good luck to you all! Of course I'd still be hanging out here but it's an end of this era :)

Citizenship test invite email: 1/24/2025
Citizenship test date: 1/31/2025
Citizenship test complete: 1/31/2025
LPP completed: 2/15/2025
Oath scheduled: 3/8/2025
Oath instruction email received: 2/21/2025.
Citizenship certificate obtained: 3/8/2025, paper version at the ceremony.
Passport applied at Service Canada Passport Office North York: 3/13/2025.
Expected passport receive date with standard processing: 3/27/2025.

I just want to share a little bit more information on the passport application. I used the Statutory Declaration in lieu of the Guarantor form (the Form). Unfortunately, most of my close friends are foreigners, and most of my Canadian friends have known me for less than 2 years.

First, you need to grab the Form from the Service Canada location (or the Service Canada location that HAS a passport office). They have a physical form that is DIFFERENT than the online form you can find. The versions are different. So do not risk to use the online form. Go to the passport office, mention the form to the officer and grab multiple ones in case you mis-print your information. The form is free.

Then I found a public notary, and it cost $56 to let her sign and seal and witness my signature for the Form and the passport application and 1 of the 2 photos. Please note the free commissioner of oath service provided by Service Ontario does not cover the Form. You have to find a public notary. If you live near a MP that offers commissioner of Oath service for free, schedule one.

Then you do not need to fill in the passport application form section 2 - Guarantor information. Leave that section blank. Your Form is this section.

One thing that is very tricky is that for my public notary, she initially only STAMPED the Form. When I first went to Service Canada, they were very hesitate regarding a STAMP vs. a SEAL from a public notary. Eventually under a supervisor's instruction, the stamp only was accepted. But she forgot to write, "This is exhibit A in support of the applicant's statutory declaration." on the back of my photo. This is printed in the section 4 of the Form. I went to her after work and asked her to seal the Form as well for additional security.

You have to be very careful re: any print on the Form and the passport application form. And never trust any lawyer or public notary or commissioner of Oath that they will proactively do their job. You have to TELL WHAT THEY NEED TO DO.

I went to the Service Ontario again this morning and submitted my application. Arrived there around 8:30. Met about a 50-people line. It was not until 9am we were all directed into the office. Fortunately I was given a number and was called almost 5 mins after. I finished everything by 9:20 and paid $180 fine bucks for standard processing. Felt like I was lucky that the lady behind the counter pressed my W001 check-in number randomly to give me a present for fast processing with her happy early morning mood today.

By getting the passport, I plan to visit Niagara on the US side to update my Nexus card.

If you have any questions, please kindly let me know. I am more than happy to help.
