Same, IRCC 11th Feb, PR visa
Still no update

Please confirm who all are applied for PR visa, so that we can get the better idea of timeline.
In my case today is 20th working day.. still no update

12th Feb@Ircc Delhi started processing
5th March Got counterfoil message
6th march Morning 8:30AM got dispatch mail, evening got another mail saying they send it via courier partner. No POE yet.
Not able to track on Bluedart website yet.

Have you received you passport? how much time it took after dispatch message?
