Any February applicant still waiting for AOR?

I and my wife have started our Canadian citizenship applications but can’t meet up with the march 12th deadline next week to submit it. We are applying together but We haven’t submitted, So we want to cancel it and then start a new application. How do we do that? Please help

Looks like applicants submitted their application on or after Feb 20 may not received AOR yet.
a Feb 19 applicant received received AOR Mar 5.

I think you don't need to cancel your application manually.
If your account will be expired on March 12th, you can create a new account again and start new application after March 12th.

According to IRCC account creation page ( https://citapply-citdemande.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/terms-and-conditions ):
If you don't submit after 60 days
- IRCC will permanentely delite your account and all associated applications.
- If you still want to apply you must create a new account and apply again. You may create a new account with the same email address used for the deleted account

No email received.
I found my citizenship tracker shows "Updated: March 7, 2025". "New update" label was appeared under "Application history" section, and my existing progress "Feb 27, 2025 Application filed" was followed by "new update" label. But everything are the same as before, even lines with "new update" labels.
I think it is ghost update?

I am trying to sign up for the tracker but I didn’t receive the verification code in order to complete my registration. I have been trying over the last two days .it has been 4 days since i have received my aor. They confirm sending the code to my email address on their website but i never received it. I tried to contact them but I couldn’t reach them. Anyone facing the same issue?
Any suggestions?

I saw that it happens if someone previously used immigration consultant to apply for PR. or maybe used some other email with previous applications.

Try checking the spam folder and check alternative emails if you have ever used for IRCC applications. I have received the code to an alternate email.
