I gave my biometric on 09 may but before that on 8 may case processing agent put review required in notes - biometric pending/rcmp report pending

Then on 5 june second officer - case analyst check everything and put notes about eligibility - recommended passed and ask for my permanent fee because i have not deposited it when i filed my case
( i checked on internet that officer ask for rprf payment when they want to give pr)

But because case agent put note of review required therefore my file is still oending

My eligibility has also been put for review required with note employer letterhead and address.
Hi. Do you have any idea what it means, or did your employer change business location? Also, did you submit additional documents or pictures to support that the workplace exists in this location?

Hello, I need some help here:
I worked for 10.5 month full time for a company and then around 5-6 months (part time hours varied) for another company,.
I combined those hours and it was over 1560 hours. However I got a refusal today that I did not meet the 1 year criteria for CEC.
Could you share if anyone did similar thing and was successful?
I called ircc and they said that I can combine 2 full time jobs to complete one year but not a full time and a part time job. OR I can complete the whole 1560 hours by doing part time (or multiple PART time)

My company didn’t change the location but the issue that I think might be is that in job letter the name of the company is in English but in paystub the name of the company is in French

For every week you 30 hours or more, count each week as 1 year of work experience.

For each week where you worked fewer than 30 hours, add the total part time hours together and divide by 30.

The two numbers above must total at least 52 to count a year of work experience.

But I get my pay bi weekly and payslips are also biweekly. So there are payslips where I worked 40 hours in 2 weeks( I doesn't say how many hours I worked each week). Should I consider them 20 hours each week?

Basically I worked full time from June 13 2023to April 29 2024 full time for one employer( 30hrs/week). Which makes it around 45 weeks full time
Next, I also have part time experience from Feb mid 2023 to June 12 2024 (varied hours). The hours calculate to be 240 from Feb mid 2023 to June 12 2024.
Does this not complete 1 year?
I believe I was only short 7 weeks full time which is clearly covered by my part time work.

You can't double count time for the same weeks. You have 45 weeks of work experience for your full time work. For your part time work, you only count the hours after you stopped your full time job. So only your May 2024 to June 2024 part time hours can be counted.

IRCC explain everything how they count experience and I don't think the way you trying to claim 1 year experience is eligible.
How to count your work hours
You can meet the 1,560 hour requirement in a few different ways:

  • full time at 1 job: up to 30 hours a week for 12 months = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)
  • equal amount in part-time work: for example 15 hours a week for 24 months = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)
    • You can work as many part-time jobs as you need to meet this requirement.
  • full time at more than 1 job: 30 hours a week for 12 months at more than 1 job = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)
