Application: supervisa for both parents from Pakistan

Tracker shows Eligibility, medical and biometrics as completed for both. But Background Verification is in progress. Last update on tracker was 27 December 2024 for medical completion; no progress since then. Anyone else in the same boat? Is it normal for background verification to take this long?
