There were some applications in October for lmia exempt that already been approved. I don't know what's happening.

I submitted on 9th July and they have not yet started my application. Case processing centre is Edmonton.

Just for reference, I had applied for SOWP extension on 24th July,got BVL on 5th February and approval on 7th February.Processing time 198 days

it seems open work permits are being processed withing standard time
. There seems to be a delay in closed work permits.
