Please can you confirm to me if the in process ecas can be checked using the following link?

https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do
If no, could anyone kindly provide the correct link to check the ecas? I filed for my citizenship application on October 7, 2024 and got my AOR on October 21, 2024. I was able to access my application via the citizenship application tracking tool on October 23, 2024 but however still cannot access my application using the CAS website whose link I’ve attached above. Additionally, I don’t see my citizenship application in my IRCC secure account (GC key account). Is it typical for citizenship applications not to appear on my GC Key account?

Does anyone have an idea of what might be happening please? Kindly let me know if I’m missing something please.

I don’t think my file was transferred at any point. Which office is your processing office?

Just had a call with IRCC. She said all looks good. Security is done, Fingerprints not received yet ( I submitted them on the 16th Jan, RCMP sent them on the 21st Jan).

She said to wait another 2 weeks and if it's not updated on the tracker, call them or send them the receipt that I submitted my Fingerprints.

Experts on this group, what's your thoughts?

Not yet. I think because of the backlog from the Canada Post strike, it's taking on average 3-4 weeks after submission to get an update on the tracker. I'll wait 2 more weeks and start spamming them then

Once you have your citizenship certificate there are different services(10-20 days to less than 10 days to next business day) available from Passport Canada based on the urgency of your travel.

Just got an email from Vancouver office asking for my physical presence for a scan of my passports.

since I live very near the border and I do travel from time to time. Guess my physical presence is hard to calculate.

Does anyone how long do they get back to you. I don’t want to be place in a black hole if they just defer to senior and no one touches my file. I have like 100+ exit and entry records and guess it takes time to calculate it
