Hello there !! I am in stress as i've applied for
My Lmia exempt work permit in Aug since then i'ven't got any response as the prcessing time days arw coming near and have not seen any update does that means that they are going to reject the file . Please tell . I mean is this a negative sign . As i will have no other option left if the refused it

I hold an open work permit and a study permit at the same time due to special measure for Iran. (My work permit is due to special measure in Iran and issued after I received my study permit) I have been working full time for my employer for the past 2 years and have a job approval letter from them, I would like to apply for the Saskatchewan nomination (Non express entry). I wonder which one of these two I am eligible to apply for?
(1) International Skilled Workers - Employment Offer
(2) Saskatchewan Experience - Applications With Existing Work Permit

Hi @Miss bee Compliments of the season. I hope you are having a good holiday. Please I've a bit confused and really need your input on the best way forward. My visa has been approved via non EE route, notified employer about it and indicated my interest of arrival to start as am outlander applicant. Employer said hold on becos they are not ready to welcome me on board. I asked employer to give a timeline..but employer said no time yet..that I should wait. My partner and kids and friends are asking me to make arrangements to arrival Canada and start other process so maybe if employer come back to us when we arrived we may continue from where we stopped. But I don't know if this is right thing to do to avoid a case of misrepresentation...and my partner is saying I can also start looking for another job as well. My partner just wanted us to leave our country and move to Canada. I am really confused and our visa has just 5 month validity

Hello,

I received my AOR. Can I link my non-Express application to GcKey? Also, I’m using a representative a RCIC who applied on my behalf. If I link my application to GcKey, will they lose access to my application?

@Miss bee Hi everyone, I have submitted my PR application, my spouse is not in Canada. Can my spouse apply for work permit under LMIA exemption code C49 or should we wait until we get the AOR ? Thank you.

Hello,

I received my AOR. Can I link my non-Express application to GcKey? Also, I’m using a representative a RCIC who applied on my behalf. If I link my application to GcKey, will they lose access to my application?
@MapleJourney2024 : You can link your non Express Application to GCkey. However, in your case, it will not allow you to link it as you have a representative assigned. You have the options to cancel the representative by uploading IMM5476 (cancellation of representative) if you wish to take it over from here. Once you cancel, then your representative will not have access to your application. You must fill only Part A, C and D and upload it. Get your representative ready. inform to be ready to provide the secure codes he will receive via email. Once that is done you gett error/ or nothing on the page. Do not worry, refresh the page. Try again to link your application to GCKey . Now you will receive login codes to your email id that your provided. Follow the process to search your application and link the application to GCKey.
