Guys it is not necessarily true that the day of eCOPR would be the day for your PR start date as well. A few folks have received eCOPR late, but their PR start-date was same as their P2 submission date. So, these looooong delays may not be impacting PR start date at least. Seeking confirmation/validation from the people who have received PR after certain delays.I didn't receive ECOPR after a long delay got it 3 weeks after P2 and your start date is the day they issue your ECOPR, in my case I got my ECOPR on Oct 11 then on my PR Card it says PR since Oct 11, 2025
Maybe on average, but certainly not if you look at particular cases. It is all over the place. I would not look for any patternsI have noticed CEC applicants processing speed of their applications is quicker than PNP applicants. The difference i see is CEC applicants are waiting forever to get ECOPRs while PNP are awaiting their P1s and P2s. Is this a correct observation?
Nah I was a PNP Applicant, got P2 after 3 weeks of P1 and got ECOPR after 3 weeks of P2, this was in October.I have noticed CEC applicants processing speed of their applications is quicker than PNP applicants.
