What kind of serious issue? Even in the P1 email it's been stated that if there's any changes you should respond to that email. Mistakes happen and as long as you're proactive from your end, you should be good mate! God forbid, even if they issue you your eCoPR with the wrong date, you can still get it amended. Worst case scenario, it'll take quite some time to get the corrected one! What did your rep say anyways?

May be they failed to be proactive as you! Since, you already reached out to them before they did, I feel it shouldn't be a problem!
