What is 2024 timeline for PR visa stamping in New Delhi office

Have submitted by passport for PR Visa stamping and it reached Delhi office on Oct 16th is there anyone who has the same timeline and received dispatch message ?

Application- Spousal PR
Passport submission- Oct 16
Reached IRCC Delhi Office- Oct 18
Dispatched from IRCC- Nov 18
Received Passport- Nov 19

• PPR Request - 5th November 2024
• Submitted to Bluedart courier Service (Home Pickup - Kerala) - 7th November 2024
• Reached Chennai VFS (Gave Biometric here) - 11th November 2024
• Reached Canada Visa Application Centre, New Delhi OC - 12th November 2024
• Reached IRCC Office in New Delhi OC for processing - 13th November 2024 - Still under process

I have not received any update since then. If you are in a similar situation, please reply to this thread.

Seems like IRCC is actually counting exact 30 days to dispatch the passports.
Is there anyone whose has been dispatched before this timeline?
Mine was submitted 18th Oct . I guess need to wait till 18th Nov.

Same here , i have submitted my passport on 19th and got received msg on 20th sep

I have submitted on 24 sep and reached delhi 26 sep and still under process and 70 days ans still waiting for passport
