Just a reminder, you need to have at least 1 year of skilled work experience in Canada (or an equal amount of part-time work experience) in the 3 years before you apply.

Thanks for your response, just one another enquiry.
  1. Education History for Express Entry:
    • When filling out my education section for the Express Entry profile, should I include my high school education, even if my highest qualifications are a bachelor’s degree (WES-certified) and a Canadian postgraduate program?
    • Is it necessary to obtain an ECA (Educational Credential Assessment) for my high school diploma?

You need to assess only your highest degree.

I can't say that for you, it's your call. Also take into consideration other criteria like a lead statement, etc.

For CEC you should be already eligible.
For FSW, you might but it will be at an officer's discretion.

QUES: I have been living in Canada for the past 2 years, and before that, I was a resident of India. Recently, I obtained an Indian Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) from Canada for my Express Entry application. If I travel to India for one month and then return to Canada, will my Indian PCC still remain valid for Express Entry?

No, you'll need to get a new PCC. It invalidates your current PCC because you need to have the most recent PCC after you return from home country!

I heard PCC is valid for 6 months. and I am going there for a month.

Documents for Express Entry: Police certificates - Canada.ca

For any other country
For any other country, the police certificate must be issued after the last time you stayed there for 6 months or more in a row.

Some countries put expiry dates on their police certificates. If you have a police certificate that expired, include it. We’ll accept it if:

  • it was issued after the last time you stayed there for 6 months or more in a row
  • it is not for the country where you currently live
