If you submitted your profile with ECA and IELTS then what is your score and NOC. You wait until invited based on score (right now only CEC with scores over 530 or NOC like healthcare).

I have not written IELTS exams or NOC.

You said you filed in a form already. So to have an EE profile you need ECA (education asessment), IELTS, TEF to submit and find out if eligible. NOC is your job. Seems like you have read the Express Entry requirements. If you don’t want to then hire a licensed consultant/lawyer.
