Everything is showing as completed in tracker. I got the GU in tracker, not GCkey. My consultant has access to GCkey but he did not receive any update. Stressing over this as of now. :/

Not always. The first one I received was on October 4 where my biometrics finally gets completed in tracker. It was completed in GCkey on September 9. The second one I got was On October 11 where my eligibility got completed and also I saw the "We received the information you sent us ...." in tracker dated October 10. Yesterday I got a GU in tracker where it just said my background also got completed and under it was written "October 11 - Background verification status has been updated to completed".
So I am pretty sure, my eligibility and background got completed the same day on October 11 and the "We received the information you sent us ...." that I saw for October 10 must have been CBSA might have sent the security reports to IRCC.
I am stressing out because I can see that my COPR number is still not generated in tracker. So I am not sure if it's all approved or not. Also, I didn't receive any ADRs during the whole process. Does anyone know, if all completed in tracker a good sign for approval?

Don’t overthink.
I believe that it’s a good sign that everything will be completed soon once you see that everything is completed on the tracker.
As it was mentioned in different threads, sometimes tracker is not up to date, sometimes GCkey is not up to date as well. However, if you’ve seen that everything is completed on the tracker, that’s great. It also means that IRCC tries to enhance their systems to reflect all the updates on time.
Just be patient a little while and you’ll get your COPR soon)
It's not just Aug, BIL completed in Sept itself. So it takes a month's time between BIL and FD
Congratulations , I am PNP and got eligibility on Oct 9 but still waiting for FD . Not sure when it will come.
