Hello, please I wanted to confirm from those that have sent ADR. I submitted my PR application July 28 and I received ADR on Friday October 2, 2024 requesting for another immigration document that I already sent. They said the form I sent earlier was unable to open from their end. They told me the process I can use to send it.

1. Through the webmail
2. Courier

Please I need your opinion on the best route to send the form.

Knowing me I would send it both ways.

Knowing me I would send it both ways.
They mentioned I can send it either of the ways but not both. For webform, they sent the instruction on how to send it but there is a particular section they mentioned but did not come up on the webform. The below is what was sent

1. In the Type of application/enquiry (required) section, select:

Permanent Residence (applied by mail)

2. In the Type of application/enquiry (continued) section, select:

Permanent Residence (applied by mail) – Provincial Nominee

3. In the Your enquiry (required) section, please indicate the program you are applying under (Rural
and Northern Immigration Pilot- RNIP) and explain that you are submitting your enquiry to upload a requested document.

The highlighted text did not come up on the webform.
