RECONSIDERATION LETTER REQUEST TO IRCC

Any update on your reconsideration request that has been acknowledged by IRCC? Us it's been 5 months since we receive acknowledgement that they forwarded it to responsible office the but until now no update or emails

can anyone guide on what email address in Abu Dhabi we can send reconsideration request for Canadian visit visa refusal. Can we attach supporting documents as well along with the email. On web-form you can not attach supporting documents and also the text is restricted to 1500 characters only. Support from those who has already gone to reconsideration will be highly appreciated. You send reconsideration through webform. The whole point of reconsideration is to point out and explain the error in law not to attach new documents. If you are attaching new supporting documents then reapply.
Reconsideration is worth trying if there is an evident error of the officer which is really rare case. Otherwise, address the refusal reasons and apply again.

I had recently received a PFL stated that IRCC officer "concerns that the hiring company does not have departments, senior staffs..." to justify for my job offer as a senior manager (LMIA job).
I had then ask the company to address requested information with their proper letter with "company overview of activities, current structure, business registration" to the officer. Out of expected, substantially the response resulted in an official refusal that the officer said "he does not satisfy with provided information given my response to PFL" after 2 weeks
What should I do now? My representative also surprise with the result since my case was strong. Do you think that I should submit a Re-consideration letter to IRCC? Should I wait for the GCMS report before making that reconsideration request?
Please help...

indeed, its NOC teer 0. I really don't understand in details what raises concerns of the officer since I did everything that asked
TEER 0 is a high level position, like CEO, with specific responsibilities and salary, it's not just being called a manager.
That is why government wants an organization chart to see the number of staff and the department you will be in charge of and the number of employees working under you.
The company should have an organizational chart .
Starting at the top , CEO, then down . The person below a person typically reports to the one above . The one above manages the ones below . In my organization you go into outlook and you click on someone name and it’ll basically show the hierarchy. I report to a supervisor, that person reports to a manager , that one reports to a departmental manager , that one to an assistant director, then director and so forth all the way up to the top .

Thanks for your response, actually from what I was explained the organization chart is provided upon request from PFL. With the structure with manager level reporting to higher senior level (me), and people underneath them. Still my submission is rejected. Do you really think reconsideration letter can be filed to change the decision?

Biometrics: Updated from previous application
Medical: Upfront June 2024
Decision: REFUSED
Application processed in 12 weeks from INDIA (Submitted during my annual vacation in India as I work in the middle east)
I had a previous WP refusal and I had sent a reconsideration request but no reply received for 3 months, though I had addressed all the concerns with documentation.
I submitted a new WP application as LMIA was still valid and addressed all the previous refusal reasons with proper documentation.
WP refused again for the reason, officer not satisfied that I will be able to perform the job i seek.
But my dilemma is, this concern was not raised in the previous refusal and i am working in the same profession in the middle east from the past 5 yrs and still continuing. I had attached experience certificates from my current employer and past middle east work permits stamped on my passport along with govt certified abstract and current middle east work status is valid for another 15 months. I had even enrolled in a MELTS training centre in Canada and attached an undertaking to complete MELTS upon arrival.
This time, previous refusal reasons were not mentioned and only one reason was mentioned for WP refusal.
I have applied for notes and sent a reconsideration request.
Any other suggestions ?
