I know this thread is cold now. However, I am in a similar situation and need your help regarding PCC.
I have been a resident of KSA for the past five years, so getting PCC from KSA is not a problem.
The main concern for me is that I have lived in two cities Islamabad(Employment-2 Years) and Abbottabad (Studies - 4 Years). Other than that my permanent address remained the same which is from Sialkot.
Now the query is, would I need PCC from Islamabad and Abbottabad for the duration I stayed there, or would only one for the permanent address (Sialkot) suffice?
Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

In the address history, only put your permanent address for Sialkot and provide the PCC. You don't need to provide your Isb and Abbotabad addresses.
Thank you so much for the clarification. I have one more query and I believe you can save me here as well. In the PCC from Sialkot I asked my brother to mention the Dates as Start Date (My 18th Birthday) and End date to be till date, considering that my last exit from Pakistan was in Dec, 2023. Now the question is, will it work without any issues?
To be on the safe side, I had put my start date from even before my 18th birth day but from 18th birth day to date should be fine.
I myself just gave the permanent address (which was in Karachi) in my application for all the years and just got that single PCC made even though for 6 years covering the duration of the PCC I was living in Lahore for my studies. And I also advised the same to there people. Worked perfectly in each case.

Hello everyone. Iam currently in KSA now and i applied for my PCC for pakistan. But i have to visit Pakistan for 2 months and i will come back to KSA after 2 months. Do i need to make another PCC after i come back to KSA or the old one is enough as the IRCC site says that we need new PCC only if we stayed for 6 months or more in a row in other country. Kindly clarify.

If your permanent address has not changed as per your CNIC, then only make one PCC for that permanent address, and use it "till Date" option. Many senior members on this forum have recommended this approach, I hope it helps.
Hi shafiatabassum,
You would need to get a new PCC once you return from Pakistan to KSA. PCC should be provisioned after your last exit from your home country. This is my understanding after searching through different threads on this forum.

thanks for confirmation. have you also checked the link they mentioned on mid-bottom of page ? mine has error. instead of gov.pk, it is showing ogov.pk
