I got P1 on July 8 and waiting for P2.

I also got portal 1 on July 8 from Montreal and now waiting for portal 2

Awesome, thank you so much for confirming.
Would you happen to know if there's an option on the portal to let them know that the dependent had to travel abroad and is now technically outland?
My dependent had to fly back home after p1 and I'm afraid it's gonna be a mess for p2 so I'm debating letting IRCC know before getting p2.

You can let them know before P2. Just reply to the e-mail and explain. But keep in mind it will delay your PR

Ugh... I had a meeting with an Immigration Consultant that told me it would only delay the process of my dependent's PR and mine would just keep moving forward.
So confusing. But thank you!

Hi everyone. When you received the P1 email, did they say your application had been approved or the final decision was yet to be made? Will it take a longer time for those waiting for the final decision to get P2 email and ecopr?

for some people the final decision doesn't update even after eCoPR, there are no rules

My GCkey was updated same time as my eCoPR came out
