Hello All,

My in-laws have completed their biometrics, medical and received pre-arrival service letter, but did not receive PCC request yet. Can we submit PCC without formal request? or How long does it take to receive official formal request? Please share your inputs. Visa office Vancouver.
Thanks

Hi all,

I have submitted all the requeste documents and the status is updated on 17th of July as "Final decision - July 16, 2024:Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made". My mom is in Canada and we said she will be here till end of this year. There are no updates after this, any idea what will be the next steps?

My in-laws are in India and we have applied for PCC. The deadline to submit for PCC is July 26, 2024. They got a message today that the PCC is dispatched.
1. Does anyone know how long it takes by speed post?
2. Also, once the COPR is issued, how long will it be valid for? 1 year from date of issue?

Their passports are valid till 2030.

2. In PPR, its written 1 year from the date of medical or earlier if your passport expires on an earlier date.

Hi, I need some help here please:
A letter was sent to the me(sponsor) stating that "Please note that the following documentation will be required for your sponsorship application to determine whether you meet the minimum necessary income requirements to sponsor a parent or grandparent. In order to minimize processing delays, if not already included in your application, please obtain and submit as soon as possible"
The document is IMM5768 -Financial evaluation for parents and grandparents sponsorship.."
Question:: I have already submitted it as part of the application. I wonder why are they asking again to submit. I know they are saying that 'if not already included in your application....' but didn't they know it before sending this email? What should I do?

They are asking If not already included.
if already included then no need to submit. It’s AOR , I received last week with same wording. In email subject it should say AOR. If yes then wait for next step. Just to make sure you can review your submitted form if you have submitted, signed , sin number added etc.
