I recieved first aor for my wife's spousal sponsor application on 12th july 2024 but then on 17th july 2024 got another email everything same but only thing different was application no. Does anyone know why is it so. I am not able to link application to GC key account also.

Try linking application with both application number. Sometimes they make errors. Also you can call them and ask what’s going on and what is your real application number.
I did tried both numbers, tried with application no. And family name combination. UCI and application no too and also with family name given name and date of birth too. Already got looked out few times for 24 hours
