When did you receive this? You are asked to provide police certificates for the countries you have lived in for more than 6 months. Must be in French or English and certified.

Its from 29,november 2023 but why i already submit it with other documents and my agent told me he submitted again when they asked does it lead to refusal?

So you submitted the information as asked with translated police checks? You had a certified translator complete the document. If so you did all you could do at the time.

Make sure
There are no gaps between dates
I was also asked to provide PCC on 26th June for my wife’s PR
It took me literally 5 days to figure out what was wrong in the PCC I had submitted earlier with the file
They go into very minute details
So if they’re asking again or twice now
There must be something missing or incorrect
At least they’re giving fair chances to provide what is needed

Thank you for your helping but i'm not sure if they asked for PCC because the request letter is so unclear i still dont get it it doesnt ask for PCC!

Did you translate all documents not in English and French? If so, were they by a certified translator?

Yes, but 10 days before that request letter i emaild the embassy to give an update about my application they repiled

Dear Applicant,

As we do not have this email address in our records ,we have sent you a request through your online portal to provide us with an authorized email address.

And then this request letter came!!

What school are you attending? So you didn’t use the same email as on file. Why?

Seneca college, and i used excatly the same email on the application but once i sent a webform with another email only once!

So if you sent the translated documents did you get confirmation that they were received. You should have followed the instructions given and not sent an email to the embassy. Assume you submitted a new LOA if you applied in 2023. May have been easier to reapply.

Also I don’t know your timelines and why you were asked for ADR? Whether you got confirmation of documents. IRCC should have asked for new LOA by now.

So what additional documents were you asked to submit and translate? Is the LOA for September. Your application has been in process for over a year so you know something is wrong.
