My diploma is for 2 years and bachelor’s is for 3 years lateral entry so there is no issue if I submit bachelor’s only

You will need to get ECA with 3 years Canadian equivalency to count if for a 3 or more years degree. If you can get diploma assessed and be at least one year diploma then you can count points for “two or more degrees/diplomas.”
