Hi, created this thread for all those applicants who are applying for SINP from inside Saskachewan. Many already have job offers and Job Approval Letters.

I applied in Tech Category 2 weeks ago. Still in Application Received status.

Please, share your application details and if already you got SINP this year, what was processing times?

Check the site because 72600 is an ineligible NOC for some SINP programs. If eligible, he needs experience, full time job offer and JAL from employer (prove cannot hire Canadian/PR).

In students section in overview there's this highlighted yellow thing..in which there are two hyper links
1. Job offer excluded occupation list
2. Occupation restrictions and requirements

In first link pdf they didn't mentioned 72600
but in second they have mentioned it but for the 2nd link scrolling down to sinp excluded occupation list there is a option to dowload the list ..in that list they have written it's only for Occupation in demand and express entry sub category and these occupation maybe eligible through other international skilled worker and Saskatchewan work experience category..

so I'm really confused if he is eligible in student category or not to get sinp

The issue is with his employer who has to get JAL and offer full time, permanent employment. See update at top and it is an ineligible occupation. Have your brother talk to employer.
