Someone please help me! I need some information to guide me

I'm from Nigeria. I hold a diploma in nursing(Post-basic Nursing) and a diploma in Midwifery( General Midwifery 3yrs) i want to do my evaluation with ICES asap but I wish to know if I have to also do a verification with Nursing council Nigeria? I am not going there yet to work as a nurse. I'm only going first as an ordinary immigrant (PR). Is verification from my nursing council needed as well?

Please kindly enlighten me if you can Would my two qualifications(from midwifery and nursing) demand me to pay double evaluation fee ? I saw somewhere on the site $200+$200 for two credentials. Is it how it works? I'm sorry, I'm just a newbie.
