Yea you get to documents one is work permit and the other is Health Care document which cover your healthcare

Yes it’s been referred immediately Biometric was done there, and after few hours work permits was issued and given to me including the health care “card” document along with it

They're referring to the Refugee Protection Claimant Document which serves as proof of eligibility for the Interim Federal Health Program, not a provincial health card.
